I’m going to use knowing what to celebrate during a round (or practice session). It’s easy to forget that the practice session success helps translate to good on-course success as well for me. I hit balls in the garage in the winter and it will help with not worrying about making perfect swings and perfect shots.

Tom, Thanks so much for sharing your selection! You definitely want to know that what you do on the range is directly preparing you to succeed on the course. While hitting indoors over the winter, I recommend you still go through your normal pre-shot routine prior to every hit because that’s what you want to do on the course. Train the way you want to play. 🙂

Dr. Shannon has helped transform my mental game significantly. She has introduced me to practical ways to work my game and use simple and repeatable steps to play my best on any given day, just like this podcast talked about in celebrating my good shots in creating a library of the shots I want to repeat. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shannon to a friend!

Thank you so much for the kind words, Sean! It was a pleasure working with you. 🙂 I hope all is still going well for you both on and off the course. Keep celebrating your success!
