Get a peek behind the curtain of my Confident Golf Club and discover a simple 5-step process to achieve a confidence breakthrough in a targeted area of your game.
The January 2021 Challenge starts on the 25th!
Interested in experiencing a confidence breakthrough?
Takes place on Zoom and inside the Confident Golf Club members' area.
(That's correct! This is NOT happening on Facebook)
Can't make the live sessions? Don't worry! You'll have access to watch the replays each day inside our private members' area. You may access every session replay through Sunday, January 31st.
Did you know that the best way to make the most amount of progress in your game is to focus on something really small? A positive shift in a small area will likely have a broader impact and improve other parts of your game too over time. So in our first lesson, you'll learn how to select your best target area to focus on this week so you can achieve the most success.
Once you have a target, it's time to get to the bottom of what’s causing your confidence challenge. Most golfers end their investigation of issues with their game at their mechanics, instead of looking behind the scenes to see what caused the glitch in their mechanics. In this lesson, you'll discover the source of your misses in your target area so you can minimize them.
Your perspective of yourself, especially when it comes to golf, might not be accurate especially in your target area. Your perspective can be easily skewed by the different lenses you may be looking through. In this lesson, I want to teach you how to see yourself without any lenses getting in the way. You need to know what your true ability looks like so you can confidently own it.
If you're like most golfers, you measure your success by things like your score, statistics, or ratio of good shots to poor ones. While these measures do have value, they are secondary to the things that actually contribute to good outcomes. In this lesson, I want to help you redefine success in your target area so that you can invest in the best contributors to good results while you play.
Having a goal and knowing what you need to actively do to achieve that goal is great! But if you don’t have a way to hold yourself accountable you likely won’t reach your goal and experience lasting change. There are three final steps you need to take in this final lesson in order to make it all the way to the confidence finish line in your target area.
Join me live on Zoom each day at 3:00 pm ET for the live training sessions, or watch the replay from the private members' area.
Because we'll be using Zoom, you and I can personally interact via video chat to dive deep into your game during each of the live sessions.
Download and keep each of the workbooks I've created to help you implement each day's action step so that you keep making progress.
Yes, this is a free challenge.
I want to share this powerful training with everyone who needs a leg up in their game without putting a strain on their wallet.
But if money isn't tight for you, in lieu of paying to access this training would you consider making a donation to help others in need this year?
Help me reach my goal of sending $600 to Compassion International to fund a well for fresh drinking water for 10 families.
Please consider a $20 donation for your participation in this challenge, 100% of which I'll be sending on to Compassion International for them to use to provide fresh water for families in need.
My goal is to raise at least $600. That means 30 generous people saying "YES! I'm on board!"
If you're interested in supporting Compassion International, just click on the DONATE button below when signing up.
But if money is tight, please don't feel obligated to participate. I'd rather you join for free to discover how to achieve a confidence breakthrough than to break the bank.

This is an entirely FREE event.
How do I know it's for me?
Do you ever struggle to hit a shot with 100% confidence? Do you want to improve your game? If yes, then this challenge for you.
Mental game training is right for anyone who struggles to play consistently from tee to green despite all the hard work they put into their game.
What if I can't make the live sessions?
No worries! Every session is being recorded and you will find the replays to watch between January 25 - 31st inside a private members' area to which you'll have access for the week.
What if I'm not on Facebook?
That's perfect because this is NOT taking place on Facebook. I am hosting this event using Zoom video chat and the private members' area inside the Confident Golf Club.
How do I access the lesson replays?
When you sign up, you'll receive log in access to an online members' area inside the Confident Golf Club. I will upload a replay of each day's lesson and live Q&A to that members' area. You will have access to watch the replays and download the pdf workbooks from January 25 - 31st, 2021.
What if I'm not playing much right now or am heading into my off-season?
The great thing about working on your mental game is that you can do much of the work off the course, all year round. The more you improve your thought habits away from the course, the more control and improvement you will experience on the course.
Hi! I'm Dr. Shannon Reece, sports psychologist and founder of Training for Optimal Performance.
Through private and group coaching, in-person, and online, I've taught hundreds of golfers of all levels how to improve their consistency from tee to green using a step-by-step system. On average, my clients lower their handicaps by 5 strokes or more and are having a lot more fun playing.
I'm a graduate of the University of Virginia's master's and doctoral Sports Psychology programs and had the opportunity to study under Dr. Bob Rotella.
My passion is teaching golfers how to leverage the power of their mental game tools to consistently perform at the top of their game.
